Operating in a fast-paced, competitive industry, our Account Management teams are always looking for effective ways to drive customer loyalty and brand visibility on a global scale.

The Role in High Level:

As Senior Marketing Manager for our brand in Tel Aviv, you will contribute to the development of our brand strategy for sustainable and profitable growth. You will be responsible for the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You understand and know your insights and are able to translate them into effective campaigns that fit within our brand positioning.

As our Senior Marketing Manager, your expert analysis will help boost our growth, identifying local opportunities and any potential issues. Working on the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing activities, you make sure that everything from local campaigns and activation to PR is optimized to engage with customers across Israel.

In addition to working with marketing stakeholders to deliver local market campaigns and initiatives, you're able to effectively localize global campaigns for our local brand (10 Bis). That includes ensuring that any marketing activities reflect our brand identity and strategy across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

Brief, plan, execute, and evaluate winning marketing activities (local & global campaigns, activations, PR, etc.) and ensure they are consistent with brand positioning across all touchpoints
Develop annual brand marketing plans & deliver marketing business update reports
Build good relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point and keeping them updated regarding relevant plans
Top-class collaboration with agencies, partners and internal departments, such as our internal agency, Digital, CRM, Sales and PR
Report into the Head of Marketing for Israel, to share your insights and ensure alignment on all activities

Can you deliver...?

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field (MBA - advnaged)
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience in brand marketing (FMCG, eComm) - MUST
Experience in team management - MUST
Excellent collaboration skills with multiple internal and external parties
Strategic thinking with strong creative judgement
Planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Creative and with test & learn approach
Excellent writing and communication skills. Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
