General Counsel

This role will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Security, Marketing, HR, Finance and Product teams. The ideal candidate is a business-minded attorney, with experience in both commercial law and privacy and compliance. This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, attentive to detail, and willing to work collaboratively to meet company-wide goals.

Main Responsibilities
Lead compliance efforts with global privacy laws, ensuring the company’s policies and
procedures are robust and up to date.
Advise on data privacy aspects in contracts, including cross-border data transfers and data
processing agreements.
Support AI governance and AI assessments.
Develop and maintain the company’s internal compliance frameworks, aligning them with
international regulatory standards.
Provide legal counsel on sales, procurement, IP, and commercial transactions.
Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of customer and
vendor agreements.
Manage and oversee the company’s external legal advisors work.
Board and Committee Support: Assist with board agendas and materials and keep records of
all meetings and corporate actions.
Provide legal advice on a broad range of employment issues in Israel and the United States.
Requirements
LLB degree or foreign equivalent, and membership in the Israeli Bar.
3+ years of legal experience in a leading law firm (preferably in hi-tech and
commercial teams) and/or in-house experience in a technology company.
Strong expertise in AI-related regulations, privacy laws, and compliance frameworks.
English as a mother-tongue with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
