You’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, deploying hardware, and ensuring our internal systems run smoothly. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being the friendly expert others can rely on - we’d love to hear from you!What you will be doing:Act as the single point of contact and “technical advisor” for 1st and 2nd line support including troubleshooting software, hardware, printers, and deploying or replacing workstationsManage open support cases in our ticketing system while meeting SLA requirements, and provide clear technical documentation and user instructionsOffer remote and phone support to other offices, ensuring alignment between technical teams across locationsMaintain and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure including Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM, VMware, Zoom, JAMF, DNS/DHCP, and moreEnsure network availability, support the technical server room, and maintain physical resourcesManage security compliance for devices, including updates and troubleshooting for tools such as Symantec Antivirus, SafeEnd, and Cisco NACSupport and manage Android and iOS devices through MobileIronAssist with training and setup for meeting room equipment, manage Asset Management via Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and support IT needs for Sales and other departmentsWho we are looking for:A hands-on, service-oriented professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindsetExcellent communicator who’s confident working across teams and locations, both in-person and remotelySomeone with working knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security software), endpoint management tools, and mobile device management systemsWhat we offer:Our roles offer more than just a job, you’ll become part of the evoke family!
