What You'll Do

As a Business Operations Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between Product, R&D, and Business Operations, ensuring that our teams run with clarity, focus, and efficiency. You’ll design, optimize, and scale processes that support the entire product development lifecycle — from discovery and design to delivery and release.

You’ll bring structure, tools, and data-driven decision-making to help the team prioritize effectively, deliver on commitments, and continuously improve. Think of yourself as part scrum master, part operations strategist, and part systems builder.

Responsibilities

Act as the operational partner for Product & R&D, ensuring seamless data flows across systems and fostering strong collaboration between product, design, engineering, and business operations.
Own and optimize workflows across Jira, Mixpanel, and other product development tools — keeping backlogs, roadmaps, and priorities crystal clear.
Implement data-driven frameworks and tools to help prioritize features, measure impact, and optimize delivery.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership on product velocity, release success, and team efficiency.
Partner with Product Managers and R&D leads to continuously improve processes and foster alignment.
Ensure end-to-end data flow across systems, connecting product, design, and engineering with business operations.
Stay up to date on best practices in agile delivery, product operations, and tooling — and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Product Operations, or Technical Program Management.
Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Jira (or equivalent tools), backlog management, and agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including product discovery, design, build, and release.
Proven ability to design and optimize processes that support cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with data-driven prioritization (e.g., frameworks, tooling, metrics).
Excellent problem-solving skills, balancing technical understanding with business acumen.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Experience in B2B SaaS or R&D-heavy organizations is a strong advantage.
Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
