You will have helpful supervision, opportunity to learn, modern tools and a flexible work culture.If you want to be a part of our growing company that is driven by innovation and is focused on building a future together with our employees, consider applying.Principle duties and responsibilitiesAccounts PayablePerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.Liaise with requestors (mainly overseas) with regard to queries or issues regarding accounts payables.Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.Facilitate Banking team to make payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.Understand expense accounts and cost centers related to accounts payable.Import ExportManage the Import and Export process for Raanana including relationship with FedEx.Qualifications, SkillsRelevant bookkeeping certificateFluent English written and spoken (must have *)3 to 5 years proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk (knowledge of SAP/ERP must have*)Day to day use of Microsoft excel (must have)Proven work with Global company (advantage)Excellent organizational skillsGerman language advantage but not must haveGood data entry skills along with a good attention to detail*Do not apply for this role it you do not have fluent English or proper SAP experienceSuccess Criteria:SAP use (mandatory)Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory).Excellent organizational skillsHas self-confidence and can work independently.Willingness and ability to take responsibility.BenefitsPossibility to work in an international, multicultural environment.Strong team-oriented and friendly work cultureAwarding for implementing new ideas via the internal Global Idea BankCSR program - Employee volunteerism and community involvement.
