Elbit Systems is seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer for its Rehovot site
Join us to lead the development and integration of organizational and engineering tools based on GenAI technologies

Responsibilities

Gather and define engineering and operational requirements with internal stakeholders, design GenAI-based solutions accordingly
Develop and implement Generative AI systems for improving and automating engineering and operational processes, data analysis, and streamlining workflows
Build integrative interfaces between existing organizational systems and AI tools
Adapt, refine, and optimize existing AI models for operational use within the organization
Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve internal user experience
Research new Generative AI technologies and implement them in business activities

Requirements

Proven experience developing Generative AI-based solutions
In-depth knowledge of GenAI technologies (LLMs, MCP, RAG, Agents)
Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based solutions
At least 6 years of hands-on development experience in relevant programming languages (Python, C++), and expertise in AI libraries (LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI API)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead end-to-end processes
System-level thinking, high professional curiosity, and a persistent drive to implement innovative solutions
Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools (Azure AI services) - an advantage
Experience with enterprise information systems / BI / automation processes - an advantage
