Inviting applications for the role of DevOps Infrastructure Team Leader – Cloud Platform

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor DevOps / Infrastructure engineers
Manage and maintain production and non-production cloud environments
Own and support Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure architectures
Build and improve CI/CD, automation, and deployment processes
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
Drive observability and monitoring initiatives using modern monitoring and logging platforms
Collaborate with R&D, AI, Security, Networking, and Product teams
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and production issues
Perform root cause analysis and drive incident resolution processes
Improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational standards
Support customer onboarding and multi-environment deployments
Lead infrastructure governance and operational best practices
Drive platform standardization, automation, and operational excellence
Evaluate and integrate AI-based tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and developer productivity

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE roles
2+ years of experience leading technical teams
Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP / On-Prem)
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities across infrastructure, networking, and application environments
Experience designing and building cloud infrastructure architectures
Experience with Terraform, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code methodologies
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms
Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging solutions
Experience networking and security understanding
Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments
Experience working with AI-powered engineering, automation, or operational tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with AI/ML infrastructure platforms
Familiarity with AI-assisted development and operational tools
Experience in enterprise or multi-customer environments
Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration
Experience with GitOps methodologies
Experience with platform engineering and developer enablement

Good customer facing skills.
High level of English (Spoken & Written)
High Service awareness
Must be able to work as part of a small team with minimal day-to-day supervision.
