About the Role:

LiveU’s Operations team is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student to support operations system and internal improvement projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on, analytical individual who wants practical experience in operations, project management, and process optimization within a global technology company. The job frame is 20 hours weekly (2-3 days a week).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support internal operations projects focused on improving efficiency, cost, quality, and turnaround time
Track project progress and support cross-functional collaboration
Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose practical solutions
Serve as the main point of contact for MIS-related requests, issues, and tickets within the Operations team
Coordinate with the MIS team to ensure timely resolution and continuous system improvement
Maintain operational documentation, reports, and dashboards
Support onboarding and training of Operations team members on MIS tools

Requirements:

Active undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering or a similar engineering discipline – a must
Availability to work two days per week and during holidays
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High proficiency in Excel; experience with MIS, BI, data tools, or AI systems is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and high sense of ownership
Fluency in Hebrew and English
Previous experience in operations or project coordination – an advantage
