Data Researcher

Are you ready to take your expertise in data classification to the next level? In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge methods to classify and identify sensitive data in cloud environments, ensuring data security and uncovering valuable insights.

Responsibilities:

Develop classification tools and methods to identify sensitive data in cloud environments.
Research and analyze sensitive data across structured and unstructured formats.
Identify and assess data security risks and use cases in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Conduct large-scale analytical research, data mining, and data extraction.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineering, and product teams to drive product decisions based on data insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to data science, such as computer science, statistics, or mathematics, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in research and analysis of large datasets.
Proficiency in Python, and experience with data science libraries and frameworks.
Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols.
Advanced knowledge of cyber threat vectors and countermeasures.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and independent.
Background with leading cloud providers is an advantage.
Experience working on a cloud solution product is an advantage.
