Bookkeeper

The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

We are looking for an organized, highly motivated, dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. You will be part of our day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing process.

Responsibilities

Take a significate part in AP process -vendor invoices, Credit cards vendors
Direct communication with vendors on an ongoing basis
Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank accounts and credit card activities
Travel & employee reimbursement system including reviewing expenses reports, Communicate with employees, including employees overseas.
Support all monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings
Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities (VAT, Tax, etc.)
Fixed assets management
Assist and support in the external audit process
Ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Requirements:

Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in managing NetSuite – Must
Great communication skills, written and spoken in English – Must
Working in a multi-currency system
Strong Excel skills
A true team player willing to work under pressure
Curious, proactive, loves to help others, and excited by getting things done
Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
