About The Role: We're looking for a Director of Product Manager who will be responsible for management and delivery of our product portfolio. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that our products meet market needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving product success. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and market demands; including market research, performance analysis, customer feedback, product launch, go-to-market strategies. Manage a small team of product managers. Collaborate with diverse teams: Engineering and design teams to develop new products and improve existing ones. Business stakeholders, including sales, Customer Success, marketing, and to gather feedback and ensure product success. Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in educational sector Experience working with global business Must be a strong and effective leader, managerial experience – an advantage Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset Passion for technology and innovation Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Fluent English; Spanish speaker – an advantage Travelling is required B.Sc. Computer Science Degree (or equivalent)
