Join us as an Engineering Team Lead in our Portfolio Apps division — the powerhouse behind our most popular applications. You’ll lead a talented team of engineers building products that serve thousands of customers and turn them into raving fans.

As the Engineering Team Lead, you will:

Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers.
Manage engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
Partner closely with Product Managers to shape the team’s roadmap, balancing product goals with engineering priorities.
Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and optimization of products and infrastructure.
Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver significant impact across the platform.
Coach, mentor, hire, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

You should apply if you are:

An experienced team leader (4+ years managing people)
A seasoned software engineer with +10 years of industry experience.
Strong technical background focusing on large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (advantage).
Experience with user-facing products (advantage).
Holding a degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).
A passionate person for motivating, mentoring, and cultivating people.
