We are looking for a Program Manager to support the Strategy office in driving key cross company initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring high quality execution, organizational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. As a Program Manager, you will serve as a right hand to the EVP of Strategy, helping to manage priorities, projects, and initiatives. You will work with different groups within the organization including Business Development, CTO, P&E, Marketing and Sales. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of discretion will be essential to your success in this role.

As a Program Manager at JFrog you will...
Lead cross-company initiatives and hold E2E plans, be the executor who drives progress, hold the forum to track updates, facilitate decision-making while ensuring alignment with company priorities and timely completion
Collaborate with different teams to drive and execute strategic plans, goals, and objectives
Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Coordinate and allocate resources across various programs and projects, balancing priorities and optimizing performance
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
To be a Program Manager at JFrog you need…
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Previous experience working or collaborating closely with software development teams in a software company, and good understanding of technology
Strong project management skills, successfully managing multiple complex projects and initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to and lead by influence and interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Independent, self-starting individual
Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
