Impact and Responsibilities

Develop applications and solutions leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance user experiences and business outcomes.
Optimize the performance and efficiency of LLMs through fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or integrating multi-agent architectures.
Collaborate with product managers, and engineers to define and deliver innovative AI-driven features.
Build and deploy scalable AI applications using cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Research and implement techniques to customize and optimize LLMs for specific use cases.
Design, test, and maintain robust APIs and pipelines for LLM-based services.
Integrate AI systems seamlessly with existing workflows and tools.
Keep up-to-date with advancements in Generative AI and recommend strategies to incorporate cutting-edge technologies into the company’s solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
1+ years of hands-on experience with building applications using Generative AI models, such as OpenAI’s GPT, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
Proven experience in optimizing and fine-tuning LLMs for production environments.
Knowledge and experience with multi-agent systems and advanced AI architectures.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of tools and platforms like LangChain, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar.
Familiarity with designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable APIs for AI-powered services.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude.
Fluent level of English (written and verbal skills).
