Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers, fostering a high-performing culture and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and career development
Drive the design, architecture, and technical direction of the AI-powered product, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, and integration goals
Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to align on strategy, execution, and delivery
Ensure robust, scalable, and reliable deployment in production
Stay on top of emerging AI technologies and best practices, evaluating and integrating advancements to keep the product and team at the cutting edge
Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role within AI or data-driven product teams
Strong software engineering background, with hands-on experience in backend systems, cloud-native apps, and GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, vector DBs)
Proficient in Python, with a deep understanding of integrating LLMs into real-world products using RAG, agents, and structured data like knowledge graphs
Experience delivering AI-powered product features, with attention to reliability and evaluation metrics
Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers, driving execution, and aligning team efforts with product and business goals
BSc in Computer Science or related field. MSc - advantage
Experienced with Cyber Security – advantage
