Director Of Quality

Define a comprehensive vision for company Quality and communicate it effectively.
Establish quality assurance scope across company functions, aligning with strategic priorities.
Maintain quality assurance standards by setting goals, measuring performance, and driving initiatives for continuous improvements.
Maintain and improve the company compliance with ISO standards, specifically focusing on quality (ISO 9001) and cybersecurity.
Ensure proper training and performance for delivering high-quality products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client quality requirements.
Design and implement Quality Management system (QMS) for reporting on key quality metrics and enable data-driven decisions.
Provide training and guidance on quality concepts and methodologies.
Collaborate with department heads, team leaders, and frontline staff to understand process pain points and gather input for improvement initiatives.
Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current workflows and facilitate discussions around potential improvements.
Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues contributing to process inefficiencies and develop effective strategies to address them.
Develop innovative solutions and recommendations to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve productivity while maintaining quality standards.
Effectively communicate proposed changes to stakeholders and facilitate change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Requirements:

Over 10 years of proven work experience and achievements in Quality Assurance management within the High-Tech industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Strong proficiency in QA tools, BI tools, processes definition and improvements, statistical analysis methods and AI
Excellent understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and its implementation.
Collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all level
