RnD Process Engineer /Researcher

Research and development of novel dielectric materials for use in additive manufacturing microfabrication.
Hands-on resin formulation of novel resins for 3D DLP printing based with acrylates, epoxies, etc.
Formulation of composite resins with various fillers and additives (application of dispersion techniques).
Characterization of formulation and functionality (e.g. dispersion quality, curing characteristics, rheology, surface tension)
Characterization of polymeric materials (e.g. mechanical and thermal properties)
Close collaboration with process engineering
Management of health and safety regulations in the laboratory

Requirements:

2nd Degree in Chemistry/ Chemistry engineer . preferably in the field of organic and/or polymer chemistry or education as a chemical lab technician with respective further training and extensive work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of resin formulation and development (epoxy, acrylate, etc.) is a must.
Profound knowledge of polymer chemistry and material sciences
Basic knowledge of additive manufacturing, DLP, SLA is a plus.
Previous experience with laboratory safety regulations is a plus.
Very good collaborative skills in an international environment
Friendly and competent appearance to internal and external stakeholders
Business-fluent English skills.
