Job Description

Sweet Security is looking for a Product Director to lead and scale our product organization, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our cloud security platform. In this role, you'll manage a team of Product Managers and work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that address complex cloud security challenges.

Job Requirements
7+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.
Strong technical background (engineering or hands-on product experience) with the ability to engage deeply with development teams.
Proven experience in cybersecurity and cloud technologies, with a solid understanding of security practices, tools, and frameworks.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration platforms (especially Kubernetes); direct experience in cloud security is a strong plus.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams around a product vision.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic start-up environment while balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
Job Responsibilities
Define and drive the global product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Sweet Security's cloud platform.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver products that maximize adoption and customer value.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.
Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud and security to ensure Sweet Security maintains its competitive edge.
