Our HR team continues to grow, and we are looking for a new addition. As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role in shaping our organization's workforce. The position is located in the North area (Kinneret). What you'll do: Developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies on a global scale. Managing the preparation and negotiation of local offers and contracts. Monitoring global recruitment processes. Enhancing employee branding to attract top talent. Monitoring and evaluating key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with our global talent acquisition teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Creatively sourcing and recruiting high-calibre candidates for global positions while maintaining a robust talent pipeline. Building strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Contributing innovative ideas and process improvements as part of our global HR team. Conducting regular market research and benchmarking to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and innovation. What you should have: Willingness to work in the Kinneret area and travel once a week to the center. 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a global high-tech company. Experience in defining global sourcing strategies- must. Proven expertise in sourcing talent globally. Experience in recruiting for Embedded and Hardware positions is highly advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Familiarity with sourcing candidates through social networks is beneficial. A strong digital presence on social media platforms is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a global, multi-site environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in social studies or equivalent.
