Using cutting-edge technologies and our global financial network, we provide our customers, individuals, or businesses, advanced services including multi-currency accounts, international Debit cards, and real-time cross-border payments, with expertise in hard-to-reach destinations.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Legal Counsel to play a key role in shaping and managing our global legal framework.

What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements, including client contracts, partnership agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, and terms & conditions.
Manage negotiations to protect Neema’s interests while enabling business growth.
Provide strategic legal counsel to leadership on global business decisions, new initiatives, and potential investments.
Manage international licenses and approvals, work with regulators to obtain renewals, and track regulatory changes impacting Neema’s operations.
Handle legal claims and disputes, coordinating with external law firms as needed.
Lead risk management efforts to minimize legal exposure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, including GDPR, AML, counter-terrorism financing, banking regulations, and international payment standards.
Develop and maintain legal document templates, including terms of use and privacy policies, to align with the company’s evolving global operations.

What We’re Looking For
LLB and admission to the Israel Bar Association.
5+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer at a tech company (preferably fintech)/ or in a commercial department of a leading law firm.
Proven experience in global commercial law, handling international contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks (Globally).
Prior experience working with external law firms and regulatory authorities.
Strong negotiation skills with a business-first mindset – able to balance legal risk with commercial goals.
Highly independent and proactive – someone who takes initiative, makes decisions, and drives processes forward.
Strong interpersonal skills – a team player who can collaborate across departments, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
Fluent English (mother tongue level preferred) with excellent drafting skills.
