* Assist customers using your troubleshooting skills by becoming a product expert
* Be ready to help via email/chat and phone calls

Requirements

*What do you need to be successful at this job?*
* Native level of written and verbal communication skills in *Hebrew*
* B2/C1 level in English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
* Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
* Experience in Customer Support
* High School Diploma
* EU passport/ID or a greek work permit
