We are looking for an experienced R&D Team Leader to join our Growth Development team. You will lead a team of talented developers ( Backend and Frontend) in designing and implementing innovative software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving projects from ideation to delivery.

What you will do

Lead our fullstack development team in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality software projects.
Establish accurate delivery timelines while systematically identifying and resolving technical obstacles
Create opportunities for team growth while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Balance quick delivery with robust architectures and long-term code quality.
Take ownership of recruitment processes to build and develop your ideal team.
Drive technical decision-making while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Establish balanced partnerships with Product Managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with web technologies and 2+ years in management roles.
Strong backend development skills, preferably in Node.js or Kotlin.
Proficient with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.
Experienced with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies.
Skilled at managing both technical challenges and team development needs.
Passionate about nurturing talent and creating growth opportunities.
Clear communicator who excels at facilitating collaboartion between technical teams.
Passionate about clean code, product usability, and robust architectures.
Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred.
Experience with cloud services, CI/CD tools, and containerization technologies is a plus.
