*Web Manager / WordPress Manager (Full-time)*

*Location:* Bet Shemesh Office
*Hours:* Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

*Ephoca* is seeking an experienced Web Manager / WordPress Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our websites, with a specific focus on WordPress. You’ll also be managing outsourced solutions and working closely with external teams to ensure the smooth operation of web services.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage all WordPress sites, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for web development, design, and maintenance.
* Coordinate with outsourced developers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and problem resolution.
* Implement and monitor website performance, security, and user experience improvements.
* Update and customize content, layouts, and features on WordPress sites as needed.
* Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
* Troubleshoot any technical issues related to WordPress sites, including plugins, themes, and server issues.
* Provide reports and updates to management on the status of ongoing web projects and maintenance tasks.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Web Manager, WordPress Manager, or similar role.
* Experience managing outsourced development or technical teams.
* Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
