VP Manufacturing Operations

Lead and optimize our operations in a fast-growing high-tech company. Lead global production operations through contract manufacturers (CMs). Manage internal ATE, purchasing, planning, and quality teams. Develop and execute a scalable, cost-effective manufacturing and operations strategy. Oversee NPI processes from engineering to mass production. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and contract manufacturers. Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Finance teams to align production with product roadmaps. Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, covering procurement, logistics, vendor management, and risk mitigation. Ensure effective planning, inventory control, and operational scalability across the supply chain. Lead ATE development and ensure testing reliability and efficiency at scale. Optimize manufacturing cost structures while maintaining product quality and delivery standards. 6+ years in Ops/ manufacturing leadership (Director or VP) within a high-tech industry (hardware, electronics, IOT) Proven track record of scaling in a high-growth environment. Experience managing Engineering and ATE teams Experience managing budgets and driving cost reduction initiatives. Experience managing and launching new assembly lines with global CMs Deep understanding of supplier ecosystems, contract manufacturing, and global logistics. Ability to mitigate risks, manage crises, and ensure supply chain and manufacturing resilience. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
