Senior Product Manager

WalkMe is looking for a passionate, experienced and creative Product Manager to join our product team in Tel Aviv.
As a Product Manager in our Platform unit, you will have E2E responsibilities on WalkMe’s ‘accounts' team, that is responsible for our systems setup, from user provisioning to workspaces and even billing, from creation to workspaces collaboration between users. You will define and build features that leverage WalkMe’s platform to help developers with APIs and lifecycle processes to allow expanding the existing WalkMe’s offering and provide unique value to end-users. This is a product for professionals with a passion for data and detail, and for creating a great product and user experiences.
What will you actually be doing?
Lead the development of WalkMe’s most advanced AI product, helping create a smooth, smart experience for users on both desktop and mobile.
Work closely with teams from engineering, design, and data to build powerful tools that help companies get more out of their software.
Learn what our users really need by doing research, interviews, and looking at data and turn those insights into valuable product ideas.
Be the voice of the user in everything you do and help others across the company stay focused on delivering a great experience.
Own the roadmap from ideation through go-to-market, with end-to-end accountability for delivering measurable business value.
What should you bring to the table?
6+ years of hands-on experience as a product manager – a must
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience working on a SaaS product in a B2B tech startup or company – a must
Experience with mobile enterprise applications – advantage
Familiarity with Electron-based desktop apps, especially for building an omnipresent experience across platforms – advantage
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery
A customer-centric approach and a passion for delightful user experiences
Experience in optimizing work processes and workflows
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, we believe in stronger together
Fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity in a scaling environment
