Full Stack Tech Lead

Job Description:

Work with the team manager and architect, the scrum master and the backend & UI team to ensure development and delivery of the products and solutions under platform services
Demonstrate effective collaboration with various stakeholders beyond within team by working with other business service and platform service teams
Responsible to provide help in building the engineering and development team, bring them up to the speed via formal training or on job trainings
Possess innovative mindset must look for challenging the team, should be keeping with latest technological advancements and use them wherever deemed fit
Adapt quickly and must be open for filling into the shoes of various roles as per prevailing the situation to ensure the goals are met as per planned timelines
An avid coder who is proficient and have hands on with Java technologies mentioned in skill sets, capability to solve problems using design patterns as the position requires rigorous development with very high quality standards

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in architecture/HLD with the architect and other stakeholders.
At least 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Team Lead
High level design and low level design based on the finalized architecture
Low level design including flow, use case, class diagrams and DB design of products and solutions
The design must follow SOLID principles with =80% exceptions
Products must be built using Microservices and Rest API
Decouple frontend and backend
The design must comply with on-prem, cloud and hybrid deployment strategies
Identify and finalize latest Java and JS technologies for product development
Must be able to containerize deliverables and use container based development environment
Ensure DevSecOps practises are being followed by self and diligently in the team
Responsible for code quality via thorough peer code review
Responsible for enforcing secure coding practices, ensure zero observation in the SAST pipeline without proper business justification
Use an enforce TDD with >=90% code coverage using Jacoco
Must be able to break down features into user stories and estimate effort (user pointing) with deviation of =20% vs real effort
