In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs, collaborating with global teams across engineering, operations, finance, and sales. You will be the central point of contact for program status, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Program Execution:Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of engineering programs from concept to customer delivery.Define program scope, schedule, and budget baselines in collaboration with engineering and functional leads.Track program milestones, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions to maintain commitments.Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, systems, manufacturing) across multiple geographies.Stakeholder & Risk Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers on program status and deliverables.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; escalate issues as appropriate.Prepare and present executive-level program reviews and status reports.Process & Continuous Improvement:Apply and promote PMO best practices, tools, and methodologiesContribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.All About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
