Head of Vaccines Israel - Leadership Opportunity at Sanofi

We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead Sanofi's Vaccines business in Israel, a thriving operation with net sales above €40M and an exciting growth trajectory including an additional potential with protection agains RSV launch in 2025. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of vaccines in one of our key markets.

As the Head of Vaccines Israel, you'll drive our transformation agenda within the MCO Central and South Europe region, leading an integrated strategy to maximize sales growth through product differentiation, strategic promotion, and enhanced public health program engagement. You'll be instrumental in launching our innovative portfolio and creating sustainable healthcare solutions while building strong stakeholder relationships across the Israeli healthcare ecosystem.

This position offers a seat at the MCO Vaccines Leadership team, where you'll collaborate with regional and global teams to drive business excellence. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, demonstrate strong business acumen, and have a proven track record in healthcare leadership.

Main responsibilities:

Within the assigned geography, responsible for executing customer-facing activities in alignment with the strategy set by the MCO GM, with the aim to deliver P&L against target and grow top line while ensuring a healthy BOI through careful resources allocation

Ensure the strong partnership relation within the respective country

Manages country resources allocation within budget and dedicated envelop including launch plan (where applicable)

Advisor to the MCO on the definition of the most adapted customer journey, to achieve targets, and responsible for local adaptation and execution through direct management of the customer facing teams

Responsible for implementation of initiatives to improve go to market approach

Within the assigned priorities, shape country environment to ensure access to innovation and sustainability for patients we serve, propose and execute country specific initiatives (go to market transformation, launch business case proposal) and secure optimal frame conditions for Sanofi, and oversee that the affiliate has effective and aligned pricing and reimbursement strategies in place

Align the local organization to the defined blueprint with local Country Lead Functions and centralized hubs and mutualized support functions capabilities within the MCO

Role model and champion Take The Lead, corporate commitments, and compliance guidelines.

Foster people engagement, and continuously develop team, talents, and capabilities

Ensure the full alignment with the Pharma Head Israel

As member of the Vaccines MCO leadership team, contribute actively to the success of the International Vaccines Region and Sanofi overall.

About you

Experience:

Proven track record of performance in managing business operations in complex and demanding industries

Experience outside of Israel in a multi country environment is a plus

Deep understanding of local commercial operations, market needs, and dynamics

Digital experience with a customer-facing approach and go-to-market expertise

Experience leading and inspiring small operational teams

Solid operational marketing, sales, and digital experience

Soft Skills:

Transformative leader and value creator with the ability to adapt to new ways of working, such as Agile methodologies

Capacity to challenge the status quo to enhance business efficiency

Strong negotiation skills, particularly in external partnerships and alliances

Exceptional at building trusting relationships across ecosystems

High levels of business partnering and stakeholder management skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Technical Skills:

Strong business acumen for speed and flawless execution

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation

Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in business contexts

Ability to implement and manage customer relationship management systems

Languages:

Fluent in English and Hebrew, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
