Role Overview
The Operations Project Manager is a central junction within the organization, bridging strategic vision with hands-on execution. The core responsibility of the role is to build structured work plans and ensure accountability, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution across projects.

Job Description
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing cross-functional projects across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Success Metrics (KPIs)
How is the Operations Project Manager measured?
· On-Time Delivery: Percentage of projects completed according to the approved timeline.
· Operational Improvement: Increase in utilization rates or reduction in waste/errors following project implementation.
· Internal Customer Satisfaction: Quality and effectiveness of deliverables provided to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, schedule development (Gantt), task definition, risk management, timeline deviation alerts, execution tracking, and project closure.
Work closely with department managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure full alignment and synchronization across all interfaces.
Establish dashboards and KPIs, implement reporting routines, and manage escalation processes to track and improve project performance.
Requirements:
Industrial Engineering & Management (strong advantage), Business Administration, or equivalent.
3–5 years of project management experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
PMP (Project Management Professional) – significant advantage.
Advanced Excel skills, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), Project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Asana)
Ability to understand how changes in one area impact the entire value chain, including dependencies and critical paths.
Ability to derive insights and conclusions from complex data sets.
Proven ability to lead and motivate stakeholders without direct managerial authority (matrix management).
Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines.
