חשמלאי/ת אחזקה

• סיוע בתפעול יומיומי של תחזוקת שבר ומנע במבנה ומתן פתרונות לתקלות בשטח.
• ביצוע עבודות חשמל מזדמנות כולל התקנות קלות ופרויקטים קלים.
• פיקוח על עבודות המבוצעות באתר על ידי קבלני משנה.
• ביצוע בדיקות, אנליזות וטיפול מונע לציוד מכאני (יטאות, משאבות, מפוחי נחשון).
• מעקב אחרי מלאי חומרים וציוד הדרוש לעבודה השוטפת.
• תיאום עבודות מול קבלני משנה וספקים ועמידה ביעדי זמינות ואיכות.
• ביצוע מגוון נוסף של פעולות הנדרשות על ידי הלקוח במידת הצורך.

דרישות :

• רישיון חשמלאי/ת מוסמך/ת – חובה.
• בעל/ת ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בתחזוקת מבנים.
• הבנה טכנית גבוהה.
• יכולת קריאת שרטוטים – יתרון.
• יכולת וניסיון בעבודה עם כלים חשמליים וידניים – חובה.
• יכולת ארגון, סדר ומשמעת. עבודה לפי נהלי וכללי הבטיחות בעבודה.
• אנגלית ברמה טכנית טובה.
• יכולת הנעה עצמית וניהול זמן.
• עמידה בתנאי לחץ ובעל יכולת ביצוע מספר משימות בו זמנית.
• שירותיות ברמה גבוהה – חובה.
• זמינות להגעה לאתרים במקרי חירום מעבר לשעות העבודה, כולל שישי-שבת במידת הצורך (נדרש לעיתים רחוקות).
