Software Engineer

TriEye is the pioneer of the world’s first CMOS-Based SWIR sensing technology. Based on nanophotonics research, TriEye’s technology is disrupting the world of vision sensors for the automotive market along with additional exciting applications.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a growing team designing and developing SWIR perception systems to meet customer requirements worldwide. This R&D position will be focused on taking part in the creation of our Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) sensor software interface, and to engage in a variety of software development tasks, including SDK and demo projects.

Requirements:

BSc in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or similar
3+ years programming in C++ 11 (C++ 17 - Advantage)
1+ years of programming in Python - Advantage
Experience with the QT/QML framework - Advantage
Experience in development on both Linux & Windows OS - Advantage
Experience working in HW/SW environments - Advantage
Great interpersonal skills, team player, and highly motivated individual
Passionate & enthusiastic to learn and adapt new techniques and skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Your Day to Day:

Create new features for TriEye's SDK, utilised both internally and by external customers
Develop SW applications, internal frameworks, libraries, utilities and UI for interfacing with TriEye’s systems
Design and define new capabilities that impact key internal activities, utilising efficient and multi-threaded code
Maintain existing code for various systems, for all TriEye’s SDK SW stack
