Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Kaltura. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, enable the field, and ensure successful adoption and expansion of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

GTM & Product Launches: Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new features, products, and rollouts, collaborating closely with product managers to ensure technical accuracy and market fit.

Product Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the product team on messaging, positioning, and product microcopy. Maintain a close feedback loop to continuously refine positioning and ensure product-market alignment.

Competitive & Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, and translate insights into actionable battle cards, competitive briefs, and campaign strategies.

Sales & Customer Enablement: Deliver engaging enablement sessions and presentations in fluent English, with the ability to confidently present to large internal and external audiences. Create core collateral, including pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, and briefs for marketing campaigns and webpages.

Cross-Functional Partnering: Act as the voice of the market and customer across the organization, ensuring insights and feedback are fed into product development, messaging, and campaigns.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
Proven success in building and delivering impactful sales enablement tools and collateral.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present to and engage large groups.
Demonstrated ability to conduct and translate competitive analysis and market research into actionable insights.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex products and communicate them clearly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
