Head of Data Analytics

Loora is on a mission to revolutionize education and break down language barriers with its cutting-edge AI, building the first-ever personal AI English tutor. Loora offers its users an AI tutor that is always available to talk about whatever they want, give immediate feedback on English skills, and guide them on their journey to fluency.We are looking for a Head of Data Analytics to lead and own the company’s analytics function end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to both do the work and set the direction. You will be the company’s central authority on data- defining how we measure success, how we use data to make decisions, and how Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams leverage analytics in their day-to-day.You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Developers to define what should be measured, how it should be visualized, and how insights drive action. You will help teams become truly data-driven, not just by providing dashboards, but by shaping the questions, metrics, and frameworks behind them.What You’ll doOwn the company’s analytics strategy- define core metrics, KPIs, and how success is measured across Product, Growth, and Marketing.Lead full-funnel analysis- connect acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to understand and optimize long-term user valueAct as the primary data partner to leadership and teams- work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to shape decisions and prioritiesLink marketing spend to revenue outcomes and ROI, and drive data-backed decisions on budget allocation across campaigns and channels.Build and standardize dashboards and reporting that drive clarity, alignment, and adoption across the companyLead experimentation and growth analysis- define frameworks for A/B testing, evaluate performance, and guide decision-makingOwn data quality and trust- ensure consistency across tools, identify gaps, and improve tracking and measurementUse AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis and automate tasksRequirements7+ years of experience in Data Analytics in a B2C product companyProven experience in a lead / head / principal-level role, owning analytics across multiple domains.Strong hands-on SQL (must) and statistical modeling experience (nice to have)Strong experience in data modeling, with the ability to structure data for scalable analysis and consistent metric definitionsStrong business acumen, with a clear understanding of how product, marketing, and revenue dynamics connectTechnology-oriented, comfortable working within modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, event tracking) and collaborating closely with data and engineering teamsDeep experience with product analytics tools (mixpanel or others)Strong understanding of growth, retention, and monetizationExperience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Kochava, Meta/Google Ads)Strong background in experimentation and A/B testing methodologiesImpact-driven approach, focused on prioritizing work that drives measurable business outcomes and not just analytical output
