Quality Assurance Director

A company specializing in the development and manufacturing of military and civilian products Responsibilities include: • Writing work procedures, quality plans, and documentation for various projects at sites in Israel and India. • Implementing quality processes, inspections, and documentation during the manufacturing stages at the sites in Israel and India. • Overseeing projects and products from development through production and delivery, with an emphasis on overall quality. • Conducting supplier and subcontractor audits • Preparing the sites in Israel and India for customer audits and various regulatory inspections • Responding to deviations and customer complaints • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant, including assembly and testing (experience in mechanical enclosures, printed circuit boards, plastics, etc., is preferred). • Experience in managing a quality team. • High-level proficiency in English. • Experience working with defense sector clients – required. • Demonstrated experience in managing client communications, conducting technical negotiations, and resolving complex client interactions related to quality and product specifications
