User Acquisition Manager - Mobile

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join an online trading company in Hertzliya, a well-established brand. The mobile user acquisition manager will gather with a multi-talented marketing team to plan and execute effective campaigns on a mix of marketing channels. The approach is to put clients' experience in the center and build services based on research and feedback.
Job responsibilities:
Management of user acquisition process for mobile products.
Working in a team consisting of media buyers, designers and analysts.
Analysis and optimization of campaigns run on advertising networks to maximize RoAS and LTV.
Keeping the product teams in the feedback loop to constantly improve product-market fit.
Continuous improvement and scaling of video asset creation process.
Reporting results, obstacles and plans to the Executive Team.

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience in a similar position. Experience in the field of UA mobile is a must.
Deep understanding of major advertising platforms, especially Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
Profound knowledge of online trading KPIs, ease of working with data and numbers
Familiarity with ASO
Good communication skills, ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders at the same time
Fluency in English
