VLSI Hardware Engineer

About the Team:

In this job, you will join Intel's development center in Haifa, which is part of Intel's worldwide development group, in charge of planning and designing a wide range of VLSI products.

The group you will join is in charge of developing the CORE of Intel's next generation of CPUs with most advanced process technologies. In this role you will take part in all design phases from initial definitions and studies till mass production. The group makes use of state of the art VLSI design tools, while meeting very challenging timelines, quality, low power, area and speed constraints.

About the Job:
As a VLSI Library HW designer in our team, you will be in charge for design analysis and methodologies of the basic design building blocks in the processor. The design development will be using Intel's state of the art dedicated tools. As part of your role, you will deal with Hardware design challenges such as electrical quality checks, power, performance and area.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in VLSI circuit design.

Knowledge in Perl, Linux/Unix, Python.

Good Communication Skills.
