Lead Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Lead Bookkeeper to oversee our Bookkeeping team at Cloudinary.
As a Lead Bookkeeper, you will lead the bookkeeping team in all bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for our entities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and rapidly growing tech company.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of 3 bookkeepers, making sure all bookkeeping related tasks are performed on a high quality and on time.
Lead the bookkeeping month-end process, submitting final TB after QA for all of the group’s entities to the assistant controller.
Performing some bookkeeping tasks related to our Israeli entity, such as Israeli Financial institute reporting, including VAT, 102, 856.
Lead the bookkeeping year-end audit process, help the assistant controller and the corporate controller with audit related tasks.
Collaborate closely with internal team members and Finance department personnel at various levels to resolve accounting-related issues and provide clear explanations.
Continuously review and evaluate processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
Requirements
Certified Bookkeeper, type 3 (preferred)
10 years of bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in NetSuite (preferred)
Experience in leading bookkeeping teams (preferred).
Strong Excel skills (preferred).
Experience in working in a SAAS company (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with global vendors and related accounting processes.
Passion for learning and adapting to new skills and technologies, with the ability to work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Highly motivated and proactive individual with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
