We are looking for an Accounts Controller, that will handle the following:
AP (Accounts Payable)
Maintaining Automatic invoices
Recording all non -automatic invoices
Correspondence with vendors
Preparing FI reports
Checking and approving suppliers’ invoices in WF
Other FI issues
Digitizing Vendors contracts
Updating vendors tariffs
Performance journal entries
ZIMAPS
Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeper Type 3 - a must
BA in economics/ Business Administration - an advantage
1-2 years of practical experience as bookkeeper- an advantage
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, mainly Excel - a must
Working proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Experience with SAP system - an advantage
