Facility Maintenance Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a certified electrician’s license (electrical engineer qualifications are advantageous). As a team player, you’ll take ownership of tasks from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include electrical work, air conditioning, plumbing, painting, plastering, and general maintenance. Safety is a top priority, and a passion for maintenance and service is essential. The regular working hours are 9:00-18:00 at our Petach-Tikva office, with occasional visits to our other sites in Kiryat Malachi and Tel-Aviv

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the work environment and facilities
Handle maintenance tasks related to electrical systems, lighting, emergency systems, and general maintenance
Implement preventive maintenance plans for offices in Israel, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations
Perform troubleshooting to identify and repair hazards or malfunctions

Qualifications:

Certified electrician's license (Electrical Engineer is an advantage)
Experience in industrial/commercial electrical systems
Ability to use electrical and hand tools, read electrical drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of Health and Safety (H&S) aspects
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition
Flexibility to work unusual hours when needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
