Tech Lead

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. As we continue to expand our platform and enhance user experiences, we require a seasoned developer who can contribute their expertise to our dynamic projects. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless performance Work closely with Product Management, UX & Design, and other Developers to build new tools enabling creativity at scale Ensure our code is of the highest quality by practicing and evangelizing engineering best practices (code reviews, pairing, etc.) Requirements: 7+ years of experience as a Full-stack, Backend or Frontend developer, especially in Node.JS OR JAVA Experience with a modern client-side framework like Vue, React, Angular or Ember- MUST Experience with PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony- advantage Architectural understanding of web applications B.Sc.or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience-advantage Knowledge and understanding of work in modern environments: version control, build tools, CI servers Superior creative and innovative problem-solving skills Eager to learn more about new languages and framework
