Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Escalation Supply Chain Planner to join our Service Supply Chain organization.This role is responsible for the daily monitoring and execution of critical service escalations, ensuring rapid response to urgent customer situations and timely spare parts availability.The Escalation Planner serves as the single point of orchestration for urgent service orders, driving end‑to‑end execution across planning, logistics, and supply teams to minimize tool downtime and customer impact. The role requires balancing speed, accuracy, and system integrity while operating in a fast‑paced, global, and cross‑functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate morning and noon escalation reports to monitor supply chain performance and identify potential escalation pointsTrack, monitor, and initiate spare parts shipments to support urgent field and service ordersProactively follow up on escalation orders to ensure on‑time execution and visibilityOperate in a cross‑functional, global environment, coordinating with multiple organizationsCollaborate closely with Planning, Logistics, Regional Administration, Customer Support, and the Global Call Center to ensure alignment and rapid executionAnalyze and publish KPIs and supply chain metrics to management using Excel and BI toolsIdentify trends and gaps in escalation handling and initiate continuous process improvements to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and cost effectivenessMinimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field2+ years of relevant experience working in a global or cross‑regional environmentStrong proficiency in Excel and MS OfficeHigh proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple disciplines in parallelProven ability to multitask and operate effectively under pressureWillingness to undertake intensive, hands‑on operational workPreferred QualificationsExperience in service supply chain / spare parts operationsFamiliarity with escalation management or urgent order handlingExperience working with BI tools (Power BI or similar)We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
