As we continue our global expansion, we seek individuals who share our passion and principles, are eager to build and make a difference.We are patient-centric, innovative, agile, and always ahead.Come and join our growing teamAs the International Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our global pharmaceutical company remains compliant with tax laws and regulations across over 30 countries.This position reports directly to the Director of Finance.Requirements:Over 5 years of experience in international tax management roles in multi-national companies or in consulting capacityHands-on approach and track record of managing complex international tax regulations, including direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and inter-company transactionsBA in Accounting or MA in TaxationStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholdersDesire for knowledge and for continuous learningAbility to lead processes with attention to details, order and delivery-oriented approachCreative and problem-solving attitudeResponsibilities:Develop and lead tax strategies in line with overall business objectives.lead both tax-savings opportunities and tax solutions by working closely with multiple stakeholders.Cultivating strong relationships and actively engaging with regional finance managers and external tax advisory firms to deliver expert tax planning and consulting services.Prepare and maintain tax-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.
