You will be leading and scaling a world-class software engineering team, working to build Prisma Cloud Compute, which is a best in class product for container, host and serverless security.You will be expected to lead and participate in all phases of the product development cycle, to ensure that the product is functioning well and meets its SLAs.Your ImpactDrive a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution, quality, and speedManage a remote / distributed team of 4-8 engineersWork closely with your team members through the entire development cycle (requirements, design, implementation)Work closely with product and QA teams to ensure all features are on track in time and with good qualityBe a strong mentor and coach to the teamQualificationsYour ExperienceBS/MS in Computer Science, other engineering/technical degree, MBA preferred or equivalent military experience required6+ years of experience in highly technical roles in development or enterprise services, at large organizations or innovative startups2+ years of experience in managing teamsHands on experience in the last 5 yearsStrong domain expertise in security, networking, cloud infrastructure or SaaSKnowledge of cloud lifecycle deployment and automation frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc - AdvantageExperience with collaborate with distributed / remote team - AdvantageAdditional InformationThe TeamThe Prisma Cloud team is responsible for building products that protect data, workloads and infrastructure for some of the largest enterprise customers in the world.
