RINA is currently recruiting for a Israel I&M Engineering Project Manager to join its office in Tel Aviv within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.

Mission

RINA is seeking a Senior Digital Twin & Cybersecurity Project Manager to be based in Israel, available for traveling internationally to support RINA's global operations, to be included in the Israeli Operations under the direct supervision of the Head of Israel I&M.

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Digital Twin & Cybersecurity PM to lead and develop cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives within RINA's core business sectors, with particular focus on Infrastructure and mobility operations.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of senior-level experience in Digital Twin technologies, cybersecurity, and industrial digitalization, BIM, VDC (Virtual Design & Construction), infrastructure project management. They will play a critical role in advancing RINA's technological capabilities in infrastructure digitalization and Building Information Modeling.

Key Project Tasks and Activities
Digital Twin and Cyber Security Implementation Projects;
Manage complex infrastructure digitalization projects including Metro, LRT, roads, and marine infrastructure;
Lead the development and implementation of BIM and Digital Twin solutions for ports, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects;
Oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and close-out, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure strict adherence to them.
Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including IT experts, engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Oversee contract management, including negotiation, procurement, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financial metrics, ensuring transparency and effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor that all projects are delivered in accordance with quality standards and requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and consulting services to clients on BIM and digital infrastructure best practices.
Technology Implementation And Project Management

Lead multidisciplinary digital transformation projects from conception to deployment;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables ensuring alignment with client requirements and RINA standards;
Implement Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other digital collaboration platforms
Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital transformation initiatives
Design and deploy IoT sensor networks and data acquisition systems for real-time monitoring and digital modeling
Develop predictive maintenance algorithms and condition monitoring systems using AI/ML technologies
Create comprehensive digital replicas of physical assets to optimize performance, reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate BIM and Digital Twin solutions into existing RINA classification and inspection processes
Cybersecurity And Risk Management
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for OT (Operational Technology) and IT systems across marine, energy, and industrial sectors
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for digital infrastructure and Industrial Control Systems (ICS/SCADA)
Design and deploy cybersecurity frameworks compliant with international maritime cyber regulations (IMO 2021, IEC 62443, NIST)
Monitor and respond to cyber threats targeting critical infrastructure and maritime systems
Establish incident response procedures and business continuity plans for cyber events
Project Management And Client Engagement
Lead multidisciplinary digital transformation projects from conception to deployment
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and RINA standards
Provide technical expertise and consulting services to clients on Digital Twin and cybersecurity best practices
Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital transformation initiatives
Present technical solutions and project outcomes to senior management and external stakeholders
Innovation And Technology Leadership
Stay current with emerging technologies in Digital Twin, IoT, AI/ML, and cybersecurity domains
Research and evaluate new technological solutions for potential integration into RINA services
Contribute to RINA's thought leadership through technical papers, presentations, and industry participation
Collaborate with R&D teams on innovative digital solutions and patent development
Other Responsibilities
Follow instructions and procedures coming from RINA Headquarters in terms of Quality, HSE, Compliance, and Human Resources requirements
Support business development activities and proposal preparation for digital technology services
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Specialization in construction management or infrastructure development preferred.
Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar cybersecurity certifications.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of senior level experience in BIM, VDC, Digital Twin development, IoT systems, and cybersecurity.
Proven experience in industrial digitalization projects within marine, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Extensive hands-on experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and OT security.
Strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and edge computing solutions.
Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in BIM software suite: Revit, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360), Dynamo, and digital collaboration platforms
Experience with additional BIM tools: Revizto, Autodesk Tandem, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Assemble
Understanding of construction management and project delivery methodologies
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana)
Familiarity with infrastructure design and construction processes
Basic understanding of data management and digital workflows

Language Skills:

Proficiency in English is Required
Hebrew proficiency preferred
Additional European language skills are advantageous

Proven track record in team leadership and department establishment
Experience in HR management, financial management, and business strategy
Strong business development and marketing capabilities

Experience working on international infrastructure projects
Knowledge of marine infrastructure, ports, or offshore structures
Familiarity with RINA's classification and certification processes
Cybersecurity knowledge and experience (advantage)
