About the Role

We are looking for a data-savvy and strategic Senior Business Analytics Manager to bridge the gap between data and decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take ownership of company-wide analytics initiatives, provide hands-on analysis, and help guide business strategy through actionable insights.

You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Business Operations and partner cross-functionally to build dashboards, develop KPIs, and lead complex analyses. While this role does not include direct people management at the outset, it is intended for someone with leadership potential.

What You Will Do
Lead strategic analyses to drive business decisions across teams
Partner closely with the BI expert to build and maintain dashboards
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure consistency across the company
Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities through data
Automate recurring reports and build scalable data solutions
Serve as the go-to analytics partner for executive and operational teams
Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts or BI contributors (no direct reports to start)
What You Have
5+ years in business analytics, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Proven ability to work independently and drive cross-functional analytics projects
Strong communication skills to translate complex data into business insights
Experience collaborating with BI engineers or data teams
Leadership mindset with potential to grow into people management
