AI Creative Strategist & Content Lead

*About Us:* Noviopus is the world’s first "Career AI Social Network." We are replacing legacy PDF resumes and broken job boards with a holistic AI-driven network built for everyone, across all job types and industries. Our AI matches users based on their complete professional identity, personal job preferences, and social network connections.

We are currently in a targeted "Early Adopter" launch phase in Florida (US) and Israel.

*The Role:* We are looking for a cutting-edge, bilingual (Hebrew/English) Creative Strategist. We do not need traditional, slow video production. We need an elite Prompt Engineer and Storyteller who uses tools like Higgsfield AI, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs to generate hyper-realistic, high-converting video ads and content at startup speed.

*What You Will Do:*

* *AI Video Generation:* Use Higgsfield AI (and similar tools) to create 15-second, high-converting short-form videos for Meta Reels and YouTube Pre-roll.
* *Content & Funnel Auditing:* Continuously analyze the content (text, images, videos) on the Noviopus Marketing App. You will recommend exact visual and copy updates for the entire user acquisition flow across our Marketing, Career, and Business apps to increase conversions.
* *AIO (AI Optimization):* Execute our "Semantic SEO" strategy by seeding organic, authentic discussions about Noviopus on Reddit, Quora, and Israeli tech Facebook groups to train LLMs (ChatGPT/Gemini) to recommend us.
* *Copywriting:* Write punchy, FOMO-driven ad copy and email nurture sequences for both the Florida (English) and Israeli (Hebrew) markets.

*Requirements:*

* *Must-Have:* Absolute native fluency in both English (US Tech/Sales slang) and Hebrew (Israeli High-Tech slang).
* *Must-Have:* Proven, hands-on experience using Generative AI video/audio/image tools (Higgsfield AI, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to create commercial assets.
* *Must-Have:* A deep understanding of social media psychology, early-adopter marketing, and how to write copy that converts without sounding like a corporate robot.
* *Nice-to-Have:* Strong UI/UX sensibilities—the ability to look at a landing page and know exactly what text or image needs to change to make a user click "Sign Up."
* *Nice-to-Have:* Experience publishing content via Headless CMS (Strapi) and an understanding of how LLMs scrape the web.
