Product Designer

We’re one of the world’s largest content recommendation platforms, delighting audiences with engaging, personalized content recommendations while serving as the primary engagement partner and platform for the world’s top digital media companies. We’re looking for a highly self-motivated, creative, and innovative thinker to join the Outbrain Product Design team as a UX/UI designer! As an outbrain designer, you will work in close collaboration with RnD, Product, and other designers to define, create, and deliver cutting edge SAAS products for the web.

A day in the life

Design delightful and engaging solutions for publishers
Execute all stages of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery
Prototype the experiences, conduct usability studies to research and then iterate your design based on your findings and supporting data
Collaborate effectively with product management, developers, product marketing, and other team members and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

2+ years of experience as an UX/UI designer, working with B2B desktop Products
Great communication skills (in English)
Proven background in UX methodologies and applying user-centric design processes
Advanced prototyping abilities to fully demonstrate and test interactions and transitions
Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to improve UX design
Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
A team player who is willing to help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from them
