Job Description

Develop and execute marketing partnership strategies that align with Wix's goals and marketing objectives

Identify and forge partnerships with brands, organizations, and individuals whose values and audience resonate with Wix's brand image and target market

Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support

Collaborate with partners to create engaging and authentic content and campaigns that highlight Wix's products and services

Monitor partnership campaign performance and analyze data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectiveness.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize partnership strategies for maximum impact and success

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge

Work closely with the marketing team to integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing campaigns

Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for marketing partnerships to ensure cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

2+ years experience in digital marketing or a related role with a focus on partnerships and collaborative marketing

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English

Vast knowledge of marketing platforms, partnership trends, and industry best practices

Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns

A creative thinker, able to ideate unique and impactful marketing campaigns

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster authentic relationships
