RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:

Manage full cycle recruiting process
Support hiring managers to build high-performance teams and partner wherever needed
Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels, including internal referrals, to provide high-quality candidates for open positions
Identify, engage, and secure top talent, including passive and active candidates
Screen incoming technical resumes, interview and qualify candidates, facilitate assessment exercises, and advocate for candidates to hiring teams
Work to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding our future team
Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates

Employer Branding:

Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent, including social media campaigns, content creation, and employee testimonials.
Manage and enhance our careers page, ensuring it reflects our company culture and values.
Create engaging content that showcases our workplace, culture, and employee stories on various platforms.
Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
Partner with marketing and internal teams to align employer branding efforts with overall company branding.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
B2C experience
Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and experience implementing them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content for various platforms.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand.
