Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our team on essential marketing projects. In this role, you’ll actively assist with webinars, campaigns, product marketing, and social media. You’ll also support website updates and basic marketing automation tasks, ensuring consistent execution across channels.

Key Responsibilities
Webinar & Campaign Support: Coordinate logistics for webinars and assist with campaign setup and execution, working closely with the team to drive project timelines.
Product Marketing: Provide support for product marketing efforts, including launch activities and supporting materials
Social Media: Help manage content scheduling, posting, and engagement on social channels as part of our broader campaign efforts.
Website Updates: Perform regular updates to website content and assets to ensure they reflect current campaigns and product information.
Basic Automation Tasks: Support the team in setting up and managing simple automated HubSpot workflows for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in marketing, with experience in campaign coordination, product marketing support, or digital marketing.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot) and basic website CMS for content updates.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively across teams.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Motivated & Proactive: Eager to take initiative and contribute actively to various projects.
